The Warminster Lightning U11 boys team won a contest to have a Philadelphia Union player train with them.
On Tuesday March 29th, 2016 Sebastian ‘Seba’ LeToux arrived at our practice to great excitement. The Warminster Rebels U11 boys were also invited to enjoy the evening. Seba and Sarah Swartz, a Union coach, introduced themselves to the boys, answered their questions, and then ran the practice. The boys watched Seba and Sarah demonstrate various practice skills the Union use, and then tried themselves. Seba and Sarah coached the boys throughout the session, created a fun game, and then scrimmaged. Once the scrimmage finished pictures were taken, Sarah presented each boy with a Union scarf, and Seba signed anything and everything the boys had. It was a great evening and one the boys, and coaches, will never forget.
